Our indoor used powder coating mainly made of epoxy resin, polyester resin and curing agent, leveling agent,pigment,filler and other additives,it can be used in painting these metal products that have special requirement of corrosion resistance, electric insulativity and pliability.

Quality Control
1. All matetrials and products test according to ASTM standards
2. All products have SGS,ROSH,REACH certification.
3. For each banch of the powder,we will sample 500g at random to test the film function, Through the relevant necessity of testing. such as: the film thickness,gloss,color,bending,impact,adhesion ,surface hardness, salt spray resistance, heat resistance.ect .every test result will be record.
4. Sophisticated test equipments ensure the quality of each banch.
5. Application test to ensure our products meet all customers products need.
6. Add outdoor weather test for products who have special properties, and track record the test result.

1. The above test use cold-rolled steel (thickness: 0.8mm) to remove rust and oil. Suggested film thickness: 60-80 um
2. The overall quality of the coating systerm is largely dependent on the type and quality of the pre-treatment.
3. The product must be stored in ventilated,dry and clen room with temperature below 25ºC,keep it away from fire and direct sunlight. The period of validity is 6 month.
4. There are no hazardous ingredients contained.Wearing anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust.Try best to avoid longtime contact with powder.The coating adhesion to the skin can be washed with soap.
