1. Introduction of Water-drop type Rice Husk Hammer Mill:

Water-drop type Rice Husk Hammer Mill is widely used in the industry such as biomass
fuel factory,saw mill, power station,fodder factory,cultivation factory,organic fertilizer factory,
Chinese medicine,chemical industry and so on. The finished powder can be used for electricity generation, papermaking and artificial board making etc. Crushing is the core part in animal feed pellet production line and wood pellet production line. After the raw materials are crushed, the finished powder can then be mixed and then made pellets.


2. Working principle of Water-drop type Rice Husk Hammer Mill:

Via the feeder, materials will be added from the top of the machine and then go into the pulverizing chamber from both left and right sides through the guide plate. Later on, the materials
will be grinded with the hammer plates striking and sieve plates friction at fast speed, at last, 
with the help of centrifugal force and air current, the pulverized materials will be discharged from the foundation through sieve holes.

3. Features of Water-drop type Rice Husk Hammer Mill:

1) Hammers are vacuum-welded by special alloy steel,which make it more durable.
2) Rotor is undertaken accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low noise,smooth 
running.
3) New type S shape coupling directly connecting driving results in big offset travel and 
effectively avoid the heating of bearing;
4) Movable slide access door for easy operation and maintenance;
5) Specially design tear-circle grinding chamber and bottom U-shape second grinding 
structure ensure high efficiency;
6) It is suitable for coarse-grinding and fine-grinding of various granular grain materials, 
such as corn, sorghum, rice, wheat, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal. 
7) The fine grinding can realize 60mesh.
