[3] It mainly be used in various kinds of drilling mud to kill foam.
It has advantages, such as, small amount, killing foam fast, lasting effect in
depressing foam, easy to use, non-toxic, non-corrosive, stable quality for
storage and dilution without any bad side effects.
Use:
It's applicable to drilling fluid to kill foam.
Directions & Cautions:
[1] When drilling, add the products into the mud directly. Better to increase the
times but apply a smaller amount of it each time.
[2] Amount depends on the kind and content of the additive used in the mud.
Choose the suitable one in accordance with the different mud system after
trying it.0.1~0.5% is recommended.
[3]The three products below have their own advantages, choose the suitable one
before use.
ZR-20 is used to kill foam durably. {long time for durable defoaming makes
few times for adding}.SL-10 is used to kill foam fast{kill foam fast, but
increase the times}.ZR-909 has excellent synthesis capability to kill and
depress the foam.
[4] It's normal phenomenon if sediment or layer can be seen after long time
storage, stirring well before use.
[5] Almost non-toxic, low odor, harmless to human body. If skin contacted,
immediately flush with water.
Package:
Packed in plastic barrel: 50kg per barrel.
Packed in iron barrel : 200kg per barrel.
And special package would be provided in accordance with the customer's requirement.
Storage & Transportation:
Stored in windy, cool, dry place where the temperature is 0~35ºC. Avoid sunlight and rain. Do not set it near heat and fire avoiding volatility.

Expiry date:
12 months. If it exceeds the expiry date, you should have an examination before use.
