Product Features

  1. Elastic property of composite metal sealing ring perform zero leakage
  2. Torque seal to ensure persistent two-way zero leakage.
  3. The design of right-angled rotation with zero friction is implemented by the distinctive triple eccentric principle. It eliminates the friction between the seat and O-ring during 90deg rotation.
  4. STL one-piece hard seat can satisfy many working conditions, with long service life and easy maintenance.
  5. One-piece casting body, with face to face dimensions conforming to ISO5752, ASME B16.10 and API609, can replace high performance butterfly valves and other kinds of valves, to install easily and flexibly. 
  6. Al l metal structure and zero leakage performance makes the valve with "natural fire protection safety" characteristic.
  7. Anti-blowout stem design is safe and reliable, fully conforming to the requirements of API609. 
  8. The valve position indicator on the stem and the flange mounted at the top are useful to indicate the disc position.
  9. The stem is adopted as one piece of shaft structure, with pin or pin-key combination to connect the stem and disc.
