fully automatic block production line (open type) includes four parts: Batching and mixing system, block forming and transportation syatem, stacking syatem and fully automatic control system.
The whole process is finished automaticly. Such as raw material ratio, block forming, pallet feeding, pallet-block separeted, pallet cleaning, pallet returning. And ect. The workers just need to control the whole system easily by surveiling.

A lot of materials can be used to make all kinds of blocks. Not only sand concrete, but also industry waste or residue (for example: Fly ash, slag, steel residue, coal gangue), haydite, construction rubbish. It can produce blocks, hollow bricks, colour pavers, porous blocks, ect.
The workshop of this line is about 800 m2, curing room is about 800 m2, block stacking area is about 4000 m2, raw material stacking area is about 2500 m2
Products:
1.Motor reducing gear is used on rotation device in the feeding box 360°quick rotation.
2.Four terminal input vibrators are used on the vibration table.Special design for vibration table stand to make exciting force equally distributed,and all products height keep accordant and forming faster.
3.VFDs motors are used to control the vibration table amplitude and frequency to fit for different moulds and products.
4.Air suspensions are used on the mould box,Adjustable damping can reduce working noise and prolong the machine service life.
5.PLC intelligent control and man-machine interface system can do radom signal analysis,fault diagnosis and parameter setting during the whole process and insure the machine keeps best working effect.
